SEQ Non-Frenzy
Got to say, one of the best turn ups for a long time. Seeing the cars lined up on the grass outside Polly's Cafe looked great - MichaelW.

After a some months of very few frenzies due to unforseen health issues, a decision was made to organise a Ballarat Frenzy for June.

The dates were announced and some thirty two people agreed to come for a drive to Ballarat and enjoy lunch at Pipers on the Lake. We've been there a few times and always found the food and the service excellent.

Alan Galt organised the Melbourne crew, driving to meet up with the Geelong people. With Hein and Bill leading the Bendigo crew, everything was in place for a great day. Fourteen Porsche's and an AM V8, plus two every-day cars made the trip from Melbourne and Geelong. Two 928's from Bendigo, with Jan and I from Portland in the 83S.

By the time we had travelled the 300kl from Portland, everyone had arrived at Pipers and the festivities were well under way. What followed was great food and drink, much conversation and generally a great time was had by all. By 3:00pm we were well fed, refreshed and started the trip back home.

It was agreed that we'd return to Pipers for Christmas Lunch. The date is set, subject to confirmation! Cheers, Brian and Jan Lineker '83s
