SPEED
YELLOW I based my guess on the 1994 Porsche colour chart I purchased at the Toronto
Auto Show a while back. Factory code is X4. And actually, it is listed as a
standard colour, though I'm not sure it was intended for the 928 However,
you could probably specially order yours that way. It is non metallic. As far as I can see, it's bang on mate. I think there was some talk on
Rennlist a while back about the particular 928 pictured on your site. Was it
Tilo Steurs (sp?) race car?
If so, I believe Dave Roberts of 928 Specialists
in the US mentioned that it was painted Speed Yellow. Anyway, I'm pretty
sure he mentioned that he'd seen one or two sharks painted that colour and
